So today I wanna just write about my favorite class in WoW, that is a Warrior. Now I am I PvE/PvP player almost perfectly balanced, I am not designated to one specific thing. In future posts I will show off some macros and some other tricks that I use on my Warrior to help others grasp the concept of face rolling. As well as I shall try writing a guide, but can't promise too much at this point.
Perhaps one of the best time passers is always a good city building game. RollerCoaster Tycoon brings the thrill of building your own theme park, I mean really who hasn't wanted to create something like that?
RCT is a fun interactive game which lets you build roller coaster and manage your own theme park. This is the first game of the series and despite the poor graphics it is amazing. The deluxe edition brings out so many new missions on different terrains and different challenges that if you don't do them, you really are missing out on the whole game.
RCT allows you to build custom designs, which makes the game so much more better and expands the limited roller coaster available for you to use. From personal experience I some times lost track of time from being too into the game, once you start getting into it, it is hard to put down. Now let's get into some pros and cons.
The Good!
Custom build roller coasters allows you to create your own designs and makes the game so much more innovative.
Once you get into it, you keep with it, it really does feel good completing that missions challenge and seeing your theme park shine.
Easy to play, easy to control, game for all ages.
LOTS of missions.
The Bad!
Although this dose not apply to everyone, some people may be a bit "bored" of doing the same thing over and over game for the missions, but lets face it every game is like that, building games are designed to be that way.
Limited park space, althought you can make your park huge, there is still a limit to how big it can get and that really puts up a barrier for people who wish to expand and keep expanding.
No custom map making. :(
So overall the game is suited for those architecture type of people, or just people bored and want to try something new. Again this game is also available on gog.com . If you enjoy and compete the game I believe there are currently two sequels to it which add better graphics and overall game play.
Here is a good video to check out on what the game has to offer.
As always ask any question in the comments, I will try and answer my best!
After playing for days, starting over again and again I still can't put this game down. Gothic 2, I must say a master piece RPG. Despite the poor graphics and uncomfortable character control, the game is absolutely amazing. Let me say this at beginning so some people don't waste their time reading on, this game is intended for people who like achieving personal goals (No achievement within the actual game), exploring freely without really having a set quest to do, having a challenge in killing opponents (especially in start, the game may seem really stressful since almost anyone can beat you if you mess up a couple of times), and finally if you enjoy and love the dialogues and interactions with NPCs.
Gothic 2 Night of The Raven which is the expansion set to Gothic 2, brings to the table everything mentioned above, the game is absolutely phenomenal. But as all the things in this world it has its flows.
What's so good about it?
Amazing story line, as well as a continuation of the story from previous release Gothic 1.
Some of the best voice acting, and dialogues, in most RPGs now a days they really miss out on the voice acting which really pushes this game to be so much more fun.
Difficult, okay I must be honest the first time I played it I had to look up so many stuff simply because I was getting killed by some mobs that have unique strategies to them ( Not your simple press 1+2 to win game)
Free world, you could explore everything, and sometimes it's worth it, going on a mountain and BAMM one of the best rings you can get lying on top of it.
Okay Okay, how about the bad stuff?
As i said no game is perfect, nor is Gothic 2, the first thing you might find annoying is the control of your movements and attacks ( They have two settings one from the previous game Gothic, and the new Gothic 2, for people who never played the first one I suggest using Gothic 2 controls)
Not a lot but a fair amount of bugs, but there is a solution to that, there is an active community patch which you can download that fixes majority of the bugs occurred.
Not suitable for people who like to get lots of armor and weapon upgrades, it's true that it is possible to get second best weapon in the game in the first chapter, but you cannot wear it unless you obtain a certain amount of stats. Some may argue going straight for that one stat to carry that weapon and just own everything, but most take it slow and explore as they go alone, leaving everything for there appropriate level.
Gothic 2 NoTR, is split into chapters, something like Diablo 2 except with each chapter the old zone gets some what new stuff, this keeps the game from becoming too easy at the lower level locations as well as enable the option of exploring the same zone twice for those extra goodies.
If you like everything that was mentioned above, definitively give Gothic a go, trust me it is amazing! Except if you are "Graphics is everything" guy than this game is kind of outdated for you. Okay if you are still interested when you might want to know where you can get this game, my most recommended place would be buying it off GoG.com as they have updated it to work with most systems as well as a trusted seller. On the final note, have fun and enjoy!
Feel free to leave questions in comments, I will certainly answer as best as I can.
Hello people of the internet, recently I have been moving from game to game thinking to myself with that do I stick with. Sometimes it is frustrating finding the best game that is worth your potential time, so I will be blogging about a few games that I find interesting and definitely worth the time. I will try to cover a variety of games, even some of the old ones, cause face it, some of the classics are amazing. My format for each post will be something like this: Game description, the good, the bad, is it worth it?
Will be honest to the maximum about the games and provide a quality review and hopefully you will enjoy one of the games I have picked out to be a good time investment.
